We do believe that a fine tea is best appreciated on its own, allowing its character and nuances to be fully appreciated. However, there is nothing wrong with enjoying a splash of milk from time to time, especially as part of your breakfast ritual.

Whether you enjoy it plain or with a splash of milk, this refined and versatile traditional Himalayan black tea performs beautifully either way. The deeper oxidation and careful baking process applied to these slightly larger young leaves result in a sweeter, fruitier, and more approachable flavour profile.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable tea that stands up well to long brewing times and everyday drinking. When prepared with a higher leaf-to-water ratio, it reveals impressive depth, with layers of flavour unfolding gradually with each infusion.
