Creating a heavily roasted tea is easy; all it takes is excessive heat, excessive time, or both.

True skill lies in executing a precise and controlled firing that elevates the tea’s natural character. This matured Tieguanyin, carefully double-baked in traditional bamboo baskets, is a fine example of that art.

The result is a fruity sweetness and wooded depth combine to create a tea that consistently delivers a deeply satisfying cup.
