Description

Tasting Notes

Nose: Deep, sweet woody notes of damp timber drying over gentle heat, alongside prominent notes of dates and plums, complemented by an undertone of citrus peel and sweet spice.

Palate: Silky and round, with notes of buttermilk, plum, and citrus peel, and undertones of biscuit, berries, and Chinese liquorice.

Finish: Sweet aftertaste.

Water Teprature: 85°C
Give it a good blanche before actual infusion

Amount (g per 100 mL): 4.5 grams
1st Infusion Time: 1 minute
Subsequent Infusions: steep for an additional 20 seconds.
