Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Weekends, UK Bank Holidays, and local Public Holidays are excluded from the calculation of working days.

Orders are processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT will be treated as received on the following working day.

Holiday Closures: Our company observes scheduled holiday closure periods throughout the year. These closures are company-designated and may not coincide with local bank or public holidays. During these periods, we are closed and no orders or subscriptions will be processed or shipped. Any orders placed during a closure will be processed on the next business day after we reopen. Specific closure dates will be communicated on our homepage and/or displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each week on Wednesday.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

To ensure next-day delivery, order must be placed by 4pm GMT.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
